Really nice café with a welcoming vibe. I had a great experience at this café. The staff was incredibly kind and made us feel at ease from the moment we walked in. They were very attentive and genuinely friendly. They guided us through their specials and offered recommendations. We ended up choosing a latte and a cinnamon bun (which they also heated for us) and both were really good. What impressed me the most was the service…the highlight of the café: warm, thoughtful, and natural. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, it was cozy, comfortable, and very clean. It’s a place where you can relax and enjoy good food and drinks.

Had a fantastic experience when I stopped by today. I saw them on Instagram so popped in to try a couple of coffees and the team were all very friendly. Jonah took me through some of the different beans they had an offer and gave some great recommendations. I enjoyed my latte so much that I even picked up a bag of the beans to take home. Looking forward to coming back.

Love the vibe and the coffee so much. Should stay longer to enjoy the flat white. I tried one falt white and bought coffee beans recommended by the cruit. Really the best coffee beans i've ever had. It's amazing in both espresso and filter coffee. It's fruity and a bit fermenting right on the point. Love it so much! 來伯明翰100%要來試試看!

If every cafe welcome you like this place, we would have one of the best industries in the world. I was in Town for the Aeropress Championship and I decided to get a coffee beforehand. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, I thought people had forgotten how to do that here! Anyway, they cleared my seat and I ordered a coffee. I really appreciate the enthusiasm from all the staff! It is what separates the best from the ok places. Anyone can serve fancy coffees from top roasters, but not every can execute them and maintain excellent service at the same time. My coffee was also made really well, I don't usually give good reviews off a first visit, but I thought it was deserved here. It was the sort of experience I expect in 2025 in a city centre. I had a flat white made with Jairo Acilla co ferment. I don't mind them with milk. I was well prepared and the texture was excellent. Coffees were some off the better ones I've had since coming back to the UK. Thanks for reading and if you love coffee as much as I do, then follow my instagram over at This Lad Loves Coffee. All opinions are my own. I don't do paid reviews.

The Coffee Bar Collective in Birmingham isn't just a place to grab a caffeine fix; it is a true destination for coffee aficionados. From the moment you walk through the door, it’s clear that every detail of the coffee experience has been meticulously curated. What truly sets this spot apart is the quality of the beans and the expertise of the staff. Whether you choose the reliable, deeply satisfying house blend or venture into the rotating guest coffee selections, the results are consistently delicious. The baristas are not just servers—they are passionate educators who go above and beyond, offering clear, engaging explanations of the bean origins, processing methods, and flavor profiles. You can clearly tell the staff aim to give you the ultimate coffee experience, treating each cup like a masterpiece. While the food menu is deliberately limited, this focused approach is absolutely justified. Each item is delicious and perfectly complements the coffee, ensuring the focus remains squarely on the brew. Quite frankly, the quality of the coffee here is so high that one should travel all the way to Birmingham just to try it. The Coffee Bar Collective is simply non-negotiable for anyone serious about great coffee.

This is a must visit cafe, it's a gem in Birmingham! I've been here a few times for my morning pick me up coffee and it has never disappointed. Coffee roast and quality is fantastic and I now visit regularly when in office for work/ commuting through Birmingham. The staff/ owners are so friendly and welcoming. I love my lattes and I highly recommend this place. Photo attached with the review is their Nutella latte (with oat milk).

Very nice little coffee shop not been going long but the staff are very and the house brew is very nice I like that all the drinks can be iced. It’s in a lovey location and it’s nice to sit out the front on a nice sunny day. The cold brew is my favourite drink from there.
