   Always a pleasure to visit this hidden gem but popular corner cafe. Rachel and the team are very hard working and always make you feel special when you step through the door. I enjoy your beef stew, omelettes and breakfasts. Food always cooked from fresh and comes out piping hot. Good selection of hot beverages. Place is spotless and plenty of seating. Will see you soon.

   Have had orders from here before which were great. Today, however, I had a bacon and egg sandwich delivered. It arrived extremely quickly within 3 minutes. The bacon was burnt and egg seemed as though it had been cooked for a while as was not warm. I called to inform them of burnt bacon and was told to place a note with other order to say bacon not well done. To me the bacon was burnt and there is a difference

   We always order on food apps for delivery. 1. Often find this cafe closed at peak times. Had many a time where we have gone else where because they’re not available to order from. 2. Paid for extras are often missed off orders, which you can never get a refund for off those food apps. 3. The food is usually lovely. Not best in Birmingham lovely. But decent enough. Today’s order will absolutely be our last. After extras had been missed off our order every.single.time. We stopped ordering every Saturday and started going somewhere else. We gave the cafe one last go today. The ‘portion’ of mushroom on the large breakfast consisted of exactly what is shown in the photo. The two overcooked eggs had already been put into the plate at this point. Is there a mushroom shortage Or does a single sliced mushroom now constitute as a portion… sigh.

   Tasty Vegetarian breakfast. Unfortunately I have to change my 4 star review from 8 months ago because the takeaway I had today was disappointing, in fact I had to throw the Hash brown away because it tasted off (see photo). Also disappointed with amount of brown sauce they gave me.
