   lf I could give ten stars I would. Telephoned shop at 9 am phone engaged but Jeremy phoned me back without me leaving a message. Very polite very helpful. Explained that we had an elderly relative over 100 years old who was advised by a national spectacle company he needed a new TV as his remote did not work and his hearing aids did not work. Jeremy offered to go out that afternoon and have a look. He promised to phone me in the afternoon to report findings. He did just that fixed the remote all done in a day. Excellent service extremely pleasant and did not want to rip us off. We need more retailers like this. Would not hesitate to buy from here. Thanks Jeremy

   My grandfather has always been going to Jeremy's shop and so do I. They are a lovely family run business and are always happy to help and serve with a smile. If you get to meet Jeremy's mum also behind the counter, your in for a good giggle with her witty sense of humour. Their appliances are top and I never had any problems
