   Just had the most dry and taste-less jacket potato. The toppings of cheese and beans was very less and thr potato was over cooked.

   Possibly the most awful coffee shop I have ever been to and I’m 55! Forget the coffee, it was ok. Forget the almost non-existent food snacks available. I’m simply talking good old fashioned but super important cleanliness and hygiene. Just look at the photos! I went up to the counter and offered to clear up the tables and wanted to ask for a broom. I said “if you’re here alone can I help clear up?” I was politely refused and that’s understandable. There were two other staff around but nobody seemed interested in prioritising table clearing. There were no clear tables when we arrived and we had to move stuff on to another. I’m talking ten or so vacant table settings with dirty plates and cups etc. How does it come to this? Finally I saw one man clear one table but the other nine or so have not been touched. This is half hour since we arrived. Just don’t go until the management have sorted this out.

   I came to the Soho café this morning planning to buy a coffee and cake. I stood front of the cash desk for over two minutes — the staff were not busy at all, they were just chatting and laughing with each other. I said “excuse me” politely, but no one responded because they were too absorbed in their own conversation. In the end, I had to raise my voice and say “excuse me” loudly enough for everyone in the café to hear. Only then did I get any attention. I really don’t understand why the staff would rather chat among themselves than serve a customer who is clearly waiting. I was frustrated and disappointed. I like this café, but unfortunately I can’t control the staff’s attitude.

   I ordered the seeded porridge here at bull ring and the toppings weren't at least 1/3 as much as I had at another soho coffee restaurant....I added photos of the toppings between two branches I expected all branches to keep portions consistent. Overall great porridge.

   Very friendly staff and the breakfast was amazing. Little pricey, but then so is everything with the current cost of living crisis. The bread and sausages were perfect. Would come back again.

   Cute cafe and I loved my strawberry shortcake shake with coconut milk, only downside was the paper straw which wilted. Great milk alternatives though! :)

   Costa and star bucks packed. Came to Soho, nice ambience and a lot calmer. Nice and quick service. The coffee I think taste better than Costa but a little more pricey. Go for the larger, because the small is too tiny!
