   came in to fetch some oak worktops which i ordered online, an employee who looked quite young was tallish was told to help me as they are really heavy, he came over to me and said that he "could not be arsed to help me" i then got very irritated and tried to fetch another guy as i wasn't going to be treated like that he then came over and helped me because there was no one else he then decided to throw it in the back of the van causing there to be a lot of damage to the worktop, i only realized this when i got back to where i needed to be, i will not be coming here again as that behavior is appalling and i recommend that no one uses this place to get their things!!!

   They rang me to say something I'd ordered would be in by a certain day. I went. It was not. They then offered to get a rep to drop it in to me at home, which I thought was very helpful. I had just returned from the trip to the showroom when they rang to say the item WAS in! And no, the rep would not be able to deliver it. All this for an item that should have been included in my kitchen in the first place, but for which I had to pay! Very disappointing.

   After an issue with the initial design Howdens were quick to react. The lovely Jodie visited and did a brilliant job. We were invited in to see and discuss the design getting some very good advice. The units and accessories are very good. Questions were answered quickly. Also the manager was proactive in putting right the initial problem. Recommended.
