   We had a new bathroom suite and accessories from Turnbull at Newark. We had no idea Newark had a kitchen and bathroom showroom, which has since been moved to a purpose built building on the site by the trade counter in Newark. It is stunning and you can see layouts of bathrooms and kitchens and feel the quality. Jack Turner was a great help to us, eager to please and really helpful. He had a good knowledge of the products we wanted and pointed us to better quality or products more suited to what we needed them for. There was a hiccup with the shower design but we soon recified that. Overall, we are happy with the service we received and the quality of the products.

   My first time trading with this company, it was recommended by the plumber we were to use for our project, in particular Alan Erm. He was quite simply brilliant, very knowledgeable, very friendly, made me feel valued even though it was a small project. We did experience a major issue that was the fault of the supplying manufacturer, Alan was instantly on the case resolving it to mutual satisfaction in record time. Great Service

   A friend recommended Turnbull's to us for our new kitchen. We met with Jack who came out to do the kitchen design, had excellent service from the start, during and after the kitchen was installed. Communication with Jack was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. So happy with our choice of kitchen, excellent quality and finish. The new showroom is so well presented with a brilliant layout. Would highly recommend Turnbull's for your new kitchen

   Brilliant service from Alan at Turnbull when choosing our worktop. Previously we had used an inept local company who used 9 staff but broke the granite top and had no solution on how to fit a replacement successfully. Alan used Cambrian Granite whose 2 staff had a clear plan to successful fit a quality product. A big thank you to all for a professional success. (Shame on Blyth Marble.)
