Great shop loads on bottom floor to choose and good value plants. Upstairs only a few items and not really worth a look up there unless your looking for bathroom or kitchen stuff. Not much in sale yet.
We visited your Newark store today to purchase a petrol lawn mower, we managed to find exactly what we were looking for.... In store it clearly stated that you had a 40% sale on all lawn mowers, after speaking to a shop assistant regarding the post we were told it was on selected lines although the post clearly stated all lawn mowers.. We were told that it was out of stock apart from the one on display which could be sold as seen,it had a cap missing from the petrol tank,,when I asked if it could be returned if it was faulty she told me yes,to which I replied I thought it was sold as seen. Could you give me some clarity please?.

Homebase have started stocking interior items again, reasonably priced too. The new kitchen range was lovely too. The staff at Newark are always helpful and pleasant
Very friendly staff and well informed, able to give concise and detailed information. The place is open and easy to access with regards disability and mobility. Always clean and tidy. The prices are high and if it was not for convience and the decent discounts on the ranges of plants would not be considering thee place.
