   We booked an appointment with Dawid for a consultation about a new kitchen. He was so patient as he produced a 3d image of how we wanted our kitchen to be. My husband asked lots of questions and Dawid was helpful and knowledgeable throughout. We were also pleasantly surprised with the price and Dawid suggested alternatives to bring the price down if necessary. The coffee was good too!

   Went with a friend who wanted to buy a kitchen. Had to ask for service twice before anyone attended to us. My friend gave all the details of what he required & showed the assistant a drawing of where he wanted his units to be. He has received a a plan back that is far removed from what he required. He told the salesman he wanted an integrated extractor & NOT keep his own. The plans only show his extractor & NOT the integrated one he wanted. The plans are nothing like he asked for. Obviously the salesman was not listening at all. I will recommend he goes elsewhere!

   we had a kitchen delivery all was nice found a fault with the sink (marks on the drainer), rang the sales rep to report the fault no help wot so ever !!! went down to the sales offices he couldn't or wouldn't help was disgusted with the attune from the sales man and his manager
