   If it wasn’t for the manager Lexi this place would be 5 stars but since she started a year ago I have noticed a lot that doesn’t sit right with me. She’s rude and belittling to staff the few times I have seen her but usually she’s not even around. A manager is supposed to be present on the floor with their team but every time I come in she’s either not in or she’s hiding in the office. Looking at other reviews it’s clear she has absolutely 0 customer service skills

   I stopped in on my way to work a few days ago and really wish I’d saved my money now. The drive through was slow and service was bare minimum. This could be forgiven if the food and drink was good but my panini was barely cooked and my drink looked like it was made by a toddler. For such a busy location you would think they would at least train the staff to make a drink that wasn’t messy and barely drinkable

   since new management ive noticed a big change in this store. a lot of the old staff, who were amazing, have left and i can understand why. the new manager is rarely on the floor and when she is seems rude and unbothered

   Peaceful inside, clean and tidy. Staff friendly and service good. Great coffee and chocolate twist. Key code on toilet that someone punched in for me, which I found strange, but hey ho. On the whole a refreshing stop off.

   With Sainsbury's Cafe closed the Starbucks Drive Thru is the only place at the Maypole to have coffee. They rushed the toastie last time I was there. But usually ok. Near 50, 49 and 2 bus routes.

   Served by Lucy she was amazing and took our orders very well. Im a Starbucks addict and she was the first person in so many years who provided excellent customer service would highly recommend!

   Hadn't been here for a while... Seems to have gone downhill in recent times. A customer sitting at a table vaping. Waiting around 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive (place wasn't particularly busy). Contactless machine not working properly. A guy cleaning the inside of the windows with copious quantities of soapy water alongside seated customers.... Baffling. Cakes/muffins are rather small for the price. On the plus side, the white chocolate mocha was really nice!

   Very good staff. Very courteous and kind. Plenty of seating indoors and even outdoors for the brighter days. Caramel Macchiato is my favourite here. An extremely luxurious drink. Chocolate Chunk Shortbread is always tasty although it seems to be getting thinner by the week.
