Called in today as wanted to upgrade my current vape I spoke to christine who was very helpful showed me the different vapes that would suit me and sorted the vape up so I was ready to go... very impressed and will be calling again Thank you for all the info given to me the vape works amazing
The girl in the shop really helped me out, and if there'd been no one else in the shop I would've given max stars, but I was asked for my personal details in front of another customer just so she could register me.
I will start by saying that I very rarely write reviews for anything but i feel compelled to for the the reason that will follow. I have been a customer of totally wicked at Atherton and haliwell (same franchise) for many years, being a loyal customer and contributing to the business turnover, however I will no longer give my custom to this business as last Saturday I bought a pack of replacement coils for my e cigarette and I carried out the same replacement process as I always do with no problems but on this occasion after the replacement the first puff of the e cigarette tasted bad like a burnt out coil, I then returned to the shop a short time later and told the shop assistant what had happened but she blamed me for not priming the coil correctly I explained how I always do it without any issues but she wouldn’t accept that the coil was faulty, She told me to try the other coil in the pack when I get home which I did, I followed my usual replacement process and all was ok. So today I returned to the shop to buy some liquid and hoping to get a replacement coil for the faulty one but the same lady was adamant I hadn’t primed the coil correctly so she wasn’t willing to give me a replacement, she stated that they will only replace if it doesn’t work at all when installed, She then also contradicted some information from one of her colleagues by saying that coils never taste burnt from new which I had been informed years ago that this can happen. I found the customer service really disappointing and unfair especially to a regular customer so I then left without buying any liquids (10x for £43) I found her reasoning and judgment to be really poor and now the business will suffer as they’ve lost a long time good customer. ☹️ Gareth jones
This is a small shop compared to some but they pack a lot of products in. The staff are very helpful especially christine who i seem to have most dealings with. I have recently bought a new vape and i am so pleased with it, i started going in here for my regular liquid which is usually waiting in a box behind the counter with my name on it. If you ask about something that catches your eye from thier display then they are very happy to tell you about it but dont push you to buy anything. I drive out of my way to go here mainly for the customer service. I would highly recommend.
The lady in this shop/franchise is very unhelpful. When the company Totally Wicked run promotions she will do absolutely anything to avoid giving you the deal offered and try to charge you full price. Not only that when an item bought was less than a week old and under warranty the lady refuses to replace or refund the item as she is a franchise. When speaking to the company they tell me this is not the case she should have swapped the ecig in store. 3 visits to this shop and 3 times left disgruntled. I will now be forced to change to another brand as I refuse to go to this store in my home town again.
