This place is constantly a mess. Tables inside and outside, day or night are full of dirty cups and rubbish. All the rubbish outside is floating about and ends up in the wider area (outside the retail park). A company like this is happy to take the £££ but doesn't car about the environmental impact!
Our favourite Starbucks location, we always enjoy visiting and our drinks are always well made even though wait times can be long on the weekends. Our only issue is that the sink in the disabled toilet has been leaking for months so the floor is always very wet and slippy!

Very utilitarian bit like a staff or school canteen. High ceilings hard floors and walls make it a nightmare for people who are hard of hearing. Best thing open later than Costa and Cafe Nero and the free Croissant.
Worst drink I’ve had from Starbucks. Staff was inattentive and busy chatting when taking order and while making the drinks. I was being served a white icy gunk before I had to remind them that I needed coffee and caramel sauce in it! Daughter had strawberry and cream Frappuccino and it tasted way over sweet. Also, the woman before me had almost finished her drink when she had to remind the staff that she was still waiting for the second drink she ordered. Will not be coming again!
Ordered a chai tea latte and it didn’t quite meet my expectations! It was very milky, almost as if I had been given warmed milk with extra cinnamon. An uncreative name for the drink also seeing as ‘chai’ and ‘tea’ both mean the same thing. Would maybe try again and ask for less milk perhaps and stronger coffee!
Went in this morning, was one of my first times out on my own with my newborn. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Definitely made a good first impression on their opening day! Will be going back.
