   We came to this coffee shop to try new drinks, my partner got served by a female staff that was unfriendly, miserable and almost throwing the drinks at us. Also, I did ask politely if I could get a mop or kitchen roll as my partner dropped his drink, she answered abruptly, it will get sorted, they didn’t sort it. I would have been happy to do it myself. The shop was filthy and needs a good revamp. Overall It really amazes me how some staff get the job in the first place! A smile and a thank you goes a long way

   I took my friend to this store for coffee as he came from London. When we got to the till a lady served us politely and she was well mannered, however, when we got to pick up our drinks a lady named Aaliyah was making the drinks and she seemed off and wasn’t bothered, put the drinks down, so, when I asked if it was the cappuccino she replied with “yeah” didn’t even look at us… we don’t expect a full on conversation but a simple “hello” or even just a smile is what customer service is about. Maybe give Aaliyah some customer service training. The cappuccino wasn’t as frothy as it’s meant to be but maybe that’s because the machine wasn’t working properly or she just didn’t want to make the drink properly. It’s almost like she had something against us. We don’t even know this person. The place looked busy and the few tables that were empty had empty cups laying there until Jack was the person that cleaned all the tables and cleared our table also, he was also polite and showed standard customer service. Jack good customer service The till girl not sure her name but she had dark hair and slim built good customer service. Aaliyah could do with customer service training. The 2 stars are only given because of Jack and the till girl I couldn’t make out her name so sorry.

   This is a good location for a coffee outlet. They have drive thru as well as dine in. There is plenty of spaces in the car park. The drinks and food is of high quality, and is reasonably priced. The main road is very busy, so you have to be patient when leaving.

   The attitude at this branch absolutely stinks. Ordered 2 drinks and was told the car behind's was ready and not ours and the lady serving us basically spoke to us so rudely as we got to the paying point and then walked off and a male member came up who was co operating in a friendly manner and as a customer should be spoken to. I feel like this branch needs to re train their staff or get new 'friendlier' staff in who know what they're saying aswell.

   Great coffee, big car park, drive through. Sells Starbucks coffee beans for home brew inside. Nice cake selection. Better than average Starbucks. Watch out for the tight entrance from the road, as you could miss it and turning around is a pain.

   Have visited a couple of times, was a bit put off after reading other reviews, but I've found it to be ok. Till staff are friendly and polite for the most part. Staff making the drinks look a little unhappy, but the Coffee is ok. Recently ended up staying in there for a while because of relentless torrential rain, was nice to relax and keep the flat whites rolling. Has a drive-thru which I haven't used. A little car park which is handy as it's off a busy dual carriageway by the football ground. Wife and kid used the bathroom facilities and said they were nice and clean.
