   ​I recently visited the Clock Cafe hoping for a pleasant break, but left feeling thoroughly disappointed. ​First, the service was noticeably slow and disorganized. Despite the cafe not being overwhelmingly busy, it took an excessive amount of time just to get our order taken, and the staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than serving customers. ​When the drinks finally arrived, the quality was frankly poor. My coffee was lukewarm and had a burnt, bitter taste, clearly made with overheated milk. My mates baguette was stale and dry, suggesting it wasn't made fresh that day. ​Beyond the food and drink, the atmosphere felt neglected. The tables were sticky, and there were uncleared dishes sitting around for a long time. The background music was jarringly loud, making conversation difficult. ​For the prices they charge, this experience was unacceptable. There are many fantastic independent cafes in the area that offer better quality and service. Needless to say I won't be going there again. They need new management and new staff who are just absolutely rude.

   I think the owner greeted me very polite and attentive and gave me a menu while a waited to be served Staff was all super friendly and professional and a welcoming vibe Had a breakfast good value, piping hot and went down well 100% will be back

   Absolutely couldn’t fault the cafe from start to finish the prices are brilliant and quality of food is also superb. The staff were brilliant. We walked in to a being asked if we had been before and when we said I she offered us a menu to read each. We were seated and decided on breakfast baguettes which they asked how we wanted it and if we wanted things like butter which was a nice touch. After this we had an apple pie which was just like a home cooked apple pie and custard it was stunning and lovely. £20.50 for 2 drinks, 2 baguettes and 2 apple pies and custard is incredible value for money. We will 100% be back again hopefully becoming regulars here soon!

   I have visited here 3 times and each time I have felt very welcome and the customer service is amazing! I ordered a breakfast the start of the year and I was given a free hot drink, then earlier this week I went for lunch and Frank made sure I was provided a free cold drink (on a hot summers day). Every time I have been to the Clock Cafe, I have enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, how quick the food is prepared, the taste of the food, the prices are very reasonable and the whole friendly experience is why I always return. I would definitely recommend going here, they also do a variety of food such as breakfasts, salads, sandwiches, jacket potatoes and a lot more.

   What can I say, as a Northfield boy I grew up with the clock cafe on my doorstep. Recently visited since I moved to Wales 5 years ago. Every time I have been it has been amazing. Sense of a homely feeling, being welcomed and made to feel like you are the only customer there is amazing. Food was perfect and cheap prices!! Staff are amazing

   Very friendly cafe ... makes you feel very welcome ... lovely food and great prices. Good selection on the menu too ... keep saying I must pop jn for a dinner as there looks like some lovely good old fashioned food options.

   Just ordered sandwich absolutely horrible, the sausages dry and hard as if they been microwaved or reheated tasted like it had no meat whatsoever ever, the egg also very dry and to top it off with dryness not even butter on the bread! I will not be ordering from here again I don't understand how you even have a 4* rating your customers must have 0 taste buds. There is also no options to add extras to the sandwich very disappointing this was like eating cardboard in bread.
