Had a lovely experience had Damascena and the coffee was delicious. With the food, the service was excellent. A special mention to Hafsa who was very accommodating given our large group and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable despite having no booking.

Been coming here for several years. The quality and portion size has reduced over time. The service is also slow with this branch better than Moseley one. The parking is better and there is a ramp so disabled access is good. Still worth a visit on a rainy day
I recently dined at Damascena and was thoroughly impressed. The lamb and beef Donner was absolutely delicious, with tender, flavorful meat and generous portions that left me satisfied. I also tried the affogato for dessert, which was a perfect blend of creamy gelato and rich espresso – simply amazing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made the experience even better. Damascena is a must-visit for anyone craving great food and excellent service!
Recently opened coffee eastern themed restaurant, ample parking at front and seating outside the coffee shop be great for summer days, staff are very warm welcoming and the place was very busy Great lunch breakfast menu I ordered the house special chicken swarmi with gluten free flat bread, you get a generous portion of humus with grilled chicken topping and pickle salad on side very filling and delicious Great selection of eastern Arabian coffees as well and worth trying something new.
This is a recently opened Damascena. The location is really good as it's near bus stops, the tram and also within walking distance of the city centre. The place is absolutely beautiful with brand new modern interior but still has the signature Damascena design. The menu has a wide variety of sandwiches, wraps, breakfast and platters. The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming, the food was absolutely delicious. The choc-o-lait was so nice as well. Definitely recommend for a relaxed lunch or just for some coffee and a snack.
The food was really good and the portions are big. The way we love it haha! We often order from Damascena but I must say dinning in is another experience. The way they designed the place transport you somewhere else. Will definitely be coming back.
It's a lovely place, to make lovely memories. The staff are polite and the atmosphere is very calm and comfortable. The food was fresh, tasty and very reasonably priced. Tip: please remember to enter your vehicle registration at the entrance (ensure you get free parking).
The food here is very good and the service is excellent but the pistachio cheesecake is out of this world. It might just be the best cheesecake I've ever had. Definitely recommend. One of the few places I think I'd come back to again and again. Excellent selection of baclava too, which you can take away in gift boxes.
