   I visited Cafe Morso today for the second time. This time I decided to add a large breakfast to my coffee order. Both the cappuccino and breakfast were excellent. I'll be back.

   This was my first visit to this coffee shop, and it completely changed my view of the service industry in the UK. The staff here were very attentive and considerate of customers’ needs. When I mentioned that I wanted to share a traditional English breakfast with my wife, they thoughtfully served it on two separate plates, which was a pleasant surprise. Also, the coffee here was rich in flavor and served at the perfect temperature. Highly recommended.

   First time going with my boyfriend, it’s was nice, quick, and i wasn’t afraid to ask questions for my hot choco with only marshmallows. Burgers were great, and it was much more affordable, especially the drinks, consider on the high street a regular hot choco would be 4-5 pounds. i was very fascinated by the scenery, it is totally my aesthetic, and i definitely would go again.

   Went with my girlfriend for a nice date, service was very friendly and got our drinks + food very quickly and they both tasted really nice. I love the decoration, gives off a nice atmosphere and felt quite comfortable there. Fairly priced and definitely one of the best cafés out of the high street! Would recommend :)

   Ordered 2 meals on a Saturday whilst there were around 5 other customers in there. We waited 50 minutes, our food was then given to another table. These customers picked up the sandwiches with their hands, realised it wasn't theirs and sent it back. We were then asked to remind the member of staff what our order was. We asked to cancel and receive a refund. Whilst explaining this to the lady at the till to process the refund, she seemed to get confused and said she would sort it so we left. 7 days later and no refund.

   I had a pleasant walk to cafe morso today a lovely Sunday morning . Had asked for a hot chocolate with my reward card - which I had enough for a free drink after visiting on numerous times in alvechurch . But instead was visiting the Bromsgrove part of the chain . Only to be questioned about the free drink and said you have a yellow star ? I said that’s your print ?? Then to be told secondly I don’t recognise this card . People behind embarrassing ? Then for the female assistant to bring my hot chocolate over put it on the table and not say a word to me … But then to serve two males after and laugh and talk to them ? .. I’m sorry if you do not want to give a free drink from a loyalty card do not provide them . Terrible service !

   Busy Saturday morning and 15 minute wait, not a problem. Lack of staff doesn't help. Ordered food and it came in 15 mins approx, cup of tea took 20 minutes to arrive and coffee arrived after 30 minutes after food was eaten and ready to leave. Needs more staff front and back of house, shame nice place.

   Cosy coffee shop with good barista coffee and friendly service, we arrived as a group of 13 unannounced following a family get together at a nearby hotel who had no decent coffee and weren't disappointed.

   Would give it zero stars if it was possible. Extremely rude service, with eye rolls and sarcastic comments made in plain view regarding a wrong item. Lied about (not) having a certain milk. Just zero customer service with zero smiles, almost like we were an inconvenience to be there. Won’t be returning & do not recommend. Go to 60 Degrees up the road instead!
