What a gem! We tried the beef, aubergine & yogurt, along with the chicken & rice. Both were spectacular. The food was warm, fresh, and it was clear quality ingredients were used. Arnel was working and he was so helpful and hospitable. Strongly recommend a visit!

I ordered a chicken wrap, but after just one bite I realised the chicken was impossible to chew. When I approached the staff to let them know, the member of staff argued with me, insisting that βeverything is cooked.β I ended up throwing the wrap away while she kept repeating the same line instead of listening. I went back to the shop just to advise them to check the chicken before serving, not to ask for a refund or cause trouble β but the attitude was terrible. Very poor customer service and food safety.

At first glance, it seemed like a really nice place, and I was excited to try it. I had the chicken with veggies, and my partner had the falafel with halloumi. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. My chicken was overcooked, and the vegetables were just carrots and onions, served with overly hot (almost mashed) pickles. The falafel was dry and tasteless, and the halloumi was clearly low quality. We couldnβt eat the food - I donβt recommend this place at all.

Place is amazing, food is amazing, staff is the best! Had a fantastic first time experience and I would definitely come back. It offers different plates with excellent value for money - an easy grab and go lunch full of flavour and love β€οΈ

Canary Wharf branch: Food: I bought the mixed mezze box with flatbread to take away, it was absolutely delish, especially the baba ganoush and the red rice (?) with aubergine. My least favourite was the hummus and I think this is because it was really cold in the fridge. Service: I went a couple of minutes before closing and the man serving me was patient and told me to take my time whilst I decided what I wanted to eat. He even helped me place my order and was overall very friendly. Great customer service.

I had a pasta dish and a mocha, the pasta was very nice. The mocha was okay but what I wanted to say was the service was amazing. I am partially sighted and without having to ask the manager came up to me and offered to help it was gentle it wasnβt patronising and it really made my experience here lovely. In the restaurant doing fast food self service this is not the norm in an age of apparent inclusivity. Most chains do not cater for people with any kind of disability. Thank you Zaβta .

Somewhat disappointed with the items and the pictures on the menu. Nowhere near to what is shown on the website. I tried the falafel wrap but it looked like it was made in a factory. A very small portion compared to elsewhere for the money paid for it hence don't want to try anything else. Not recommended at all

Halloumi sandwich was really nice as well as the cheese fatayir. Coffee was also good.

Don't go in here anymore completely changed food is not served fresh it is now on a hot shelf in a box so rice has been sitting there ages you take it from the shelf and pay. Looks like most of the staff have been sacked you then need a receipt with a code to use the toilet. I now have a bad stomach due to clearly eating rice that has been put in a container and left for hours. I was a regular never ever again I would rather eat a meal deal from tesco.

Hardly any meat in the shawarma, not as juicy as I wanted. Everything is quite small for the price. Donβt even order the frappe it tastes like water, itβs literally just ice. Apart from that itβs just a mod restaurant
