This place is a quirky and unique climbing spot, that has its own charm. With routes ranging from beginner to advanced, there is something for everyone. The Hub can feel a bit daunting at first, but it is incredibly fun once you get started! The staff are friendly and welcoming, making it a fantastic place to climb just outside the town centre. The atmosphere is warm and inclusive, making everyone feel welcome.

Iβve been a member here for a few years now. For Β£50 a month it is the worst value for money climbing gym I have ever been to. - It has really poor general cleanliness, specifically the mats, gym and holds. - The roof leaks, making the place damp and humid. Be careful to not fall on any tactically placed buckets. - The gym area is poorly equipped and again very dirty. - They tried to introduce inclusive policies such as tops on at all times, but the staff refuse to enforce them and even break them. Itβs no surprise that you wonβt find many women here. - Simple facilities are missing such as a water fountain. - The setting isnβt particularly varied and the holds havenβt been cleaned in years. Itβs very clear to me that there is 0 investment going into this place. I imagine the money goes into keeping the less successful Rockover branches such as Sharston afloat. If I lived closer, I would change to a Depot membership in a heartbeat.

A great bouldering center with plenty of routes of different difficulties and a great atmosphere. Also a perfect place to get into climbing with a gym included.

My first time climbing indoors and it was a great experience! The levels were clearly marked, which made it easy to find something that matched my ability. The atmosphere was really positive great vibes all around. Definitely coming back!

Excellent!!! Definitely five stars! Brought my six year old here today and it was brilliant! Really cheap and such good fun. Staff brilliant, really helpful and friendly. One staff member in particular helped us a lot with the bigger wall and harnesses. We are 100% coming back. If you're an adult and accompanying a child, wear comfortable clothes because if you're physically able to join in; you will definitely want to! Excellent place. They also serve food and have good facilities.

Had such a great time, we did an introduction session for adults and it was really useful we were taken around the venue and explained the numbering system and gave different climbs a go. Afterwards we were able to stay and climb on our own. Would definitely recommend it for anyone new to climbing or anyone who hasn't done it in a long time.

Went here this week and had a great time. I went on my own, climbed about an hour, had a coffee and met some better climbers. Two other single women got together for mutual support and the five of us coached each other up things we struggled with. So 10/10 for friendliness of customers, the same for staff. Huge centre, well routed. It is about 12 -15 minutes walk from Piccadilly Station. Under five from Victoria. Also, an indoor bike park. Take a padlock for your locker

Been today for my daughters 7th birthday party. Absolutely fab place, Matt the party host was great and really engaged with the kids. They all had a great time and hopefully we have inspired some future climbers! My only feedback to the team is with regard to the party room. It could do with some tlc and some music maybe, but perfectly adequate.

My favourite climbing gym in the region. Good variety of styles and grades, helpful and friendly staff. Not intimidating or overwhelming like some other places can be. Grading is usually pretty accurate.
