“This is one place where you can come alive, the breath of fresh air while watching the sports activities. I love the inclusivity. They have a team for physically challenged teenagers and kids. They come with their carers or families, and it is an amazing sports center to get on a sports team. And yes! Pets are allowed in. There are no seats here, but u can always come with one.”

“I ordered a 6ft black and red freestanding punch bag the base come the following day. There was an issue with the delivery of the bag on the couriers side, graft now went above and beyond to ensure to I received the bag as soon as possible by sending a replacement before the original had be sent back to them the replacement was sent Friday I received the bag the next working day on Monday. The quality of the bag is brilliant I've had a few different bags over the years and this freestanding 1 seems durable I'm 6ft2 and 23 stone trying to find a bag that take all you can give it isn't easy so far so good with this one, I train muay thai and a couple of training partners/ friends are thinking of getting the same bag. Again can't fault graft now with the way they handled the issue with the courrier, the quality of their products and customer service has been brilliant. “A friendly, accessible and clean gym with plenty of equipment, a nice pool and spa area and a good range of classes with good, motivated instructors. The changing area is big with lots of showers and space to get changed. I usually go early in the morning before work or on weekends and it’s a nice amount of busy. Not too packed but also not dead.”
