   A fantastic, high quality local theatre with exceptional front of house staff and service. Visited for the first time to watch The Hollow (great fun). Surprised at how comfortable and roomy the seats were and how well organised and friendly everything was. The CHADS team could teach bigger venues a thing or two about how to deliver a great customer experience. Well done to the whole team. Will definitely return.

   CHADS is well appointed, comfortable, and extremely welcoming. Above all, my experience is that the quality of the productions and acting performances is consistently very high. Having attended for many years, I must say that "Shadowlands" last night raised the bar even higher. Well done everyone involved!

   My name is Mark Hamilton and I am privileged to have a mobility scooter to get me from A to B. The trouble is…it is big and bulky! But that is no trouble to those cheerful and generous people at The CHADS! Volunteers all! They get me in…and get me out! And they do not make a song and dance about it! (Unless THOSE disciplines are required for a special occasion later!) There is nothing wrong with me! I just cannot walk! So I don’t need fuss. I just need to get to my destination! So! That is what happens: I let them know I am coming; I arrive; I am led to my seat! No fuss; no bother; no patronising! Just a professional and cheery welcoming and goodbye/ing!! Thank you CHADS

   Really enjoyable experience. Ticket prices good. Nice and compact theatre run by enthusiasts. Well worth a go as not a theatre goer but a friend was starring. Will definitely go again.

   We went to Chads Theatre because my niece was in a dance show. They all were amazing. So proud of the whole dance group. They were brilliant K27 dance group.
