The music is chilled a nice jazzy vibe in the music ,service was wonderfull too i have allergys and i was treated with the upmost care by a wonderfull worker saul i appriate the polite care i was given and all with a smile !!
I don’t like to leave bad reviews but the behaviour from Hanah was very unnecessary and unprofessional. Hanah was incredibly rude, showing no effort to greet us or take our order. It was quite loud inside and she very quietly said hi so we weren’t sure if she was even talking to us. We started to order however she made no move to go towards the till so we felt we could not speak to her as she was possibly busy. She stared at us with a far from kind expression. When she did finally start taking our order, we felt rushed and ignored as she acknowledged nothing we said and then very rudely sighing. My friend did not get the chance to ask for oat milk as we were hurried along to wait at the end of the counter. My friend then quickly apologised and asked if they could make her drink with Oat milk possibly due to her intolerance. She was very apologetic that she had forgotten to ask but our drinks had not even started being made yet, Hana rudely picked up our order sticker and spoke to her unkindly, My drink was then made, there’s no complaint about the drink as it was good. However my friends drink came with no oat milk and regular whipped cream, when she questioned if it was made with oat milk as there was nothing to say oat on the sticker, Suraya and Hanah spoke about the order as if my friend was an inconvenience. My friend never spoke rudely or even showed any upset however received nothing but rudeness back. We understand the staff are busy but it does not give the right to be rude to your customers. My friend asked for the order to be remade as she couldn’t have the regular cream as well and it was once again made to be an inconvenience and they even questioned her on if she had tried it and liked it.
Honestly makes my morning coming here , the team are so friendly , massive shout out to Jess the manager , so very kind , she has donated towards my grandsons memorial charity we do every year , she really is a beautiful kind soul , you are very lucky to have someone as amazing as her to work in your store.
We went at quite a busy time so queued for a bit before being served. But the staff were lovely and made our drinks fairly fast. Not loads of seating so we sat outside on the steps nearby. My iced matcha was really nice and well made.
