   I contracted Gemma for baby castings, including hands/feet, frame, photo, and personalization, for a total of £145. I paid a £20 deposit and £125 cash upon completion of the initial casting session - no receipt was provided. We added an extra casting for £20, bringing the total to £165. Despite paying the full amount, Gemma later demanded an additional £45. When I questioned this, she became hostile and denied receiving the full payment. The finished product was missing the agreed-upon birth time inscription, indicating a lack of written agreement, and the photo quality was poor. Despite my protests, her partner accepted the £45 overpayment.

   We travelled from Liverpool back in 2020 for our first cast. Gemma was so friendly and welcoming. There were plenty of choices i.e. number of casts, colours and frames etc and we found it to be a very good price. We were so pleased that we have just returned to Gemma for another cast and again couldn’t fault the service or finished product. We would definitely recommend!
