Came into this café for a quick lunch. Really love this place. The friendliest and most welcoming staff, and the lunch was delicious. The café also has a really nice outlook over the pretty square. Highly recommend coming here, and next time I will definitely come back when I’m in Birmingham.
I popped in having been stuck in B’ham to grab a bite whilst waiting. The brunch was exceptional, staff super friendly and atmosphere delightful. One of the nicest hot chocolates I’ve had in yrs. A hidden gem. Fully recommend
Absolute gem of a place. Lovely location, food is just fantastic, the staff are always friendly. One of my favorite places in town. It also without doubt serves the best coffee. The coffee is something else. Most Saturday mornings in the winter me and my wife visit and have a couple of hours wondering around st pauls and a bite to eat here. Love it
Wonderful place for a coffee some food and a catch up, not too loud. Gluten free options are amazing, all prepared I'm a separate part of the kitchen! The menu is mainly different types of sandwiches and they've got some delightful and rather bougie hashbrowns too. Everything on the menu can be gluten free. My only constructive criticism is that I wish they did an English breakfast, they've got the bacon, eggs, bread and hash browns on the menu, they could just add beans, ideally a sausage and they'd have it really
Felt the warm sense of welcome as soon as we walked in the entrance, being happily greeted by a member of staff. Excellent service. Homemade Chai Latte made my wife very happy. Generous helping of butter, not in a foil packet on the sourdough toast. WONDERFUL strawberry, lime and mint jam.
A amazing brunch spot in Birmingham. I stayed close for a couple of nights and had brunch their both mornings. The food is great and fairly priced, the staff are welcoming and accomodating and the atmosphere is exactly what you want. Food is freshly prepared in the open kitchen and hits the nail on the head every time and the coffee is probably some of the best in Birmingham. Highly recommend making the (short) journey to visit!
price reasonable, nice view of the church garden, very lively ambience with friendly staff. eggs were poached to exactly right texture and the seasoning on the eggs (some kind of seaweed? not sure) were delicious. mushroom and chili oil goes well with the hummus too!
Is the perfect breakfast place for a a nice day out followed by a brisk walk in a nice serene neighborhood too. Absolutely fell in love with the poached eggs with avo/ salmon plate and the coffee.
Great coffee. Smoked tomato and halloumi bagel complete with nicely cooked poached eggs was delicious. As was the avocado and bacon version. Both nicely spiced too. Was nice to find something different for breakfast. Thanks.
Very cute cafe. Had breakfast there and it was very tasty! Food was fresh and made with care and coffees were great too. Coffees arrived the same time as the food which I greatly appreciated.
