10/10 across the board! From the onset, I was greeted by the lovely co-founder Eddie who was able to make my matcha warm as opposed to iced, which was the standard option for the summer specials. The vanilla and cherry matcha was phenomenal, as was the pistachio and chocolate cookie! I appreciated that drinks are served alongside water, because not all cafes do this. Inside was a gorgeous space that felt homely and cozy, where others were working on laptops whilst I just thoroughly enjoyed sitting and appreciating the playlist and space! Ultimately I loved my visit, thus I highly recommend, thank you!

I had the granola pot with peanut butter and iced oat matcha latte with honey, they’re actually really good. Will definitely come back again and also try the lunch menu!

I recently visited Cafe One at Minima, located inside Minima Furniture, and it was such a pleasant experience. The place is incredibly cozy and perfect for hanging out or getting some work done. My friend and I were able to comfortably plan our trip itinerary using our laptops without any issues—it’s that comfortable and calm. I ordered a Matcha Latte, which I really enjoyed. It had that slight bitterness I love in good quality matcha. For dessert, I tried the choco brownies—soft in texture and nicely balanced with chocolate that wasn't overly bitter. I also had their soft cookies, which were delicious. They had a subtle hint of salt that enhanced the overall flavor beautifully. Overall, this place offers a great combo of price, taste, and ambiance. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a chill and productive café spot

Honestly bizarre - in all the right ways. Anyone who works in the area, knows this location is barren for good coffee. So I was sceptical, but I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was it good coffee, it was great coffee! It's a must go-to. Definitely more seating needed, but all round absolute praise.

A big thank you to the Espresso Quarter barista for this recommendation. He confidently said, “if you like coffee, ONE1 is the best in Birmingham.” If you would have said that 10 years ago, it would be easy to believe. Given the where the coffee scene in Birmingham is now, there are too many good Independents to choose. For my personal taste, Espresso Quarter, located in the Jewellery Quarter, has the best tasting oat flat white in Birmingham. Still, if you want fabulous espresso (house blend or single origin) or filter, ONE1 is a great choice. The barista has high accolades, having worked at Birmingham’s best independents including Quarter Horse. He is passionate about well crafted coffee. What’s cool. Not only is the coffee great tasting, the latte art and coffee wares are of the highest order.

Immaculately clean, including the dedicated sole member of staff! So much enthusiasm! Nicely presented & served food and drinks. Hot chocolate with a difference, go try one! Ambience spells relaxation. Unexpected find in a location that is changing.

Amazing trendy little coffee shop! Had a matcha latte and it was one of the best. You can also find cute homeware goods for sale. Will definitely be coming back!

It’s probably the best specialty coffee shop in Birmingham! Yes, maybe slightly out of city centre but it’s definitely worth the walking distance which is just around Hockley Social. Please, make sure you try V60 by @swevencoffee roasters it’s seriously, hands down the best in the coffee game ! Another must is Oat milk flat white - my second “go to” Not only excellent coffee knowledge and friendly service but great selection of pastries ! Also coffee beans and accessories available for retail

This is specialty coffee at its finest, such a cool, minimal space to get on with work, or just to take a break. Coffee is incredible, using a Colombian coffee from quarter horse as their house espresso, and a guest from Sweven. And changing beans frequently to alway get a new taste! - as the knowledgeable head barista noted! Really enjoyed it here , definitely recommend to any coffee lover!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff with a great selection of coffee and pastries too. The space itself is a great set up for a quick coffee or somewhere to work from remotely. Would highly recommend.
