friendly and professional Staff, nice place where definitely you want to drink your coffee or have breakfast/lunch, Liya was looking after ourselves and everything was warm and delicious
I was served today by Tom and he was so lovely. Genuinely helpful and had a jolly persona. I feel it’s important to praise these qualities, because actually, they are becoming more and more rare to see

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited this Costa Coffee in Birmingham city centre while staying nearby for a meeting. It was a fantastic experience — the coffee was excellent and a perfect way to freshen up my morning. The atmosphere in the shop is warm and inviting, and I truly enjoyed my time there. The location is right in the heart of town, surrounded by a lovely area that adds to the overall charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. If you’re in Birmingham, I highly recommend stopping by this Costa Coffee. It’s a great spot to relax, recharge, and enjoy a great cup of coffee. Thank you to the team for such great service!
Absolutely must try the seasonal maple & hazel range. I had the hot chocolate one and it was DELICIOUS!!! The staff were a bit busy talking amongst themselves and felt slightly put off but still polite and courteous. The area was amazing too and appreciated inside and outside options. Overall wonderful time had waiting for others in the SeaLife centre.
I had a hot chocolate very nice location and very pretty looking, but as for the drinks not nice. I had a bad stomach shortly after drinking form here. I also found it to be a little unclean. Service was nice but found one person was doing everything, which means I had to wait a little to get my drink. I wouldn't go again but looks nice to the eye.
The staff are friendly and the place is clean but the coffee and hot chocolate are consistently awful. I think it's just the way all the Costas do it because it's the same everywhere. Weak and watery. However, the sandwich we had was very good.
Love to sit here and have breakfast with friends and family members because it was a great place to sit relax with your coffee and watch the world go by. Staff friendly fantastic choice..
