   It's genuinely a delight even just walking through this lovely establishment. Me and my friends love this place, it has such a nice atmosphere. I've gotten one of my favorite toys from here, a horse, and I would encourage everyone to go here for all their toy needs. Keep up the great work!

   I like this shop as it isn't as overwhelming as another very big toy shop close by. It is orderly. We came fri morning as it opened but it lost 2 stars because the staff weren't friendly or professional. Where is the customer service? The shop was very quiet and both members of staff walked passed us several times and didn't once say hi or engage with my daughter who was talking about the different toys. My daughter is 6 and actually asked why one staff member was staring at her and not smiling. I told her to say hello but she wanted to leave. I've worked in retail for many years and a smile and hello are basics. We left and went to the big toy shop where the atmosphere was more relaxed.

   Good shop, never too cluttered always has something on sale aswell which is brilliant if your struggling but want to treat the kids to something new. Staff are always friendly I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone and I’ve been coming to the shop for 8/9 years ish. It’s always clean too never dusty things on shelves, I recently was missing part of my online order so emailed with all the information they obviously got the email and responded with a resolution within 24 hours the one time I’ve had a ‘problem’ and I’m happy with the way it’s been handled. Basically now the item is sold out they have offered to refund me or swap it for a different doll with next day delivery or I can collect the same doll from further away as Stockport haven’t got it. I got apologies, I got the doll sorted out and we’re all humans mistakes are going to happen it’s how they respond to the complaint that makes a difference. The doll will be here in time for my child birthday and that’s what matters! I’m happy with the response because at a different shop all together I’m still 4 months later trying to prove I never recieved anything, entertainers systems are all kept up to date as they were able to tell instantly my item hadn’t been dispatched rescinded quickly.

   Decent chain toy shop with wide range of toys and to be found in many big towns. It mostly stocks the obvious main stream choices and so is likely to have something for the majority of cases, but not necessarily for the harder to buy for. Mostly favours younger children, but that's not a surprise.

   Friendly staff. Tho there was no prices on the shelf for most of the lego section which I found inconvenient. Clean store, fast check out when buying items.

   This is a smaller toy store than the ones I used to go to with my children but it has a massive selection of toys, condensed into the space perfectly. It's nice to be able to get in and out in minutes instead of hours. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and know exactly where everything is. 10/10 recommend.

   They don't bother you if your just browsing. Was a nice shop ideal for all ages. Saw a lovely big cuddly bear £40 very tempted but my age was the issue! Next to the banks too. 5****
