Came here on Wednesday afternoon, arrived at 15:50. Watched the lady close the door as I was trying to park. Opening hours on google are incorrect, however the sign on the door says open till 4pm. I arrived before and still was closed. Wasted time and journey with 2 kids. Really unhappy and won’t be visiting again.
Great little shop with personalised service! The ladies were extremely helpful and we spent ages trying out travel systems, even trying them outside and in our car. We got a great deal on our pram and really appreciated the little personalised touches that came with it. It also arrived very quickly. Would definitely recommend a visit!
Absolutely wonderful little shop run by 2 lovely ladies, Lynn and Elaine. I went in looking for a travel system for my second child due next month. I didn’t have a huge budget but the laddies were more than helpful in showing me all the choices within my budget and making sure I got the most value for money! They were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for me (and my little boy who came with me!). Left with the most perfect travel system paid for and I will be picking it up next week. I’m honestly so amazed with the service and how much of a good deal I got considering the quality of the product. So many extras and bells and whistles, I’m very very happy with my purchase and will be using this shop again and will be recommending all my friends their way!!
Not supportive in my journey of bump to baby or babies in my case. Walked in on a hot day to find no sales staff to help me find a double twin pram. When someone finally came through from the back I asked for some guidance as a first time mum and explained I was having twins so needed a double pram to be met with the response of "Twins?! You won't leave the house for two years with twins!" To be followed by her statement of "There isn't much point in a pram then is there?" I didn't feel comfortable with continuing the sale after this and left quickly. Not supportive or helpful hence the one star.
Super friendly and helpful. Gave us honest opinions on our options when shopping for our next stage car seat. It was great that we could try fitting the car seat and putting our baby in it to see how comfy he looked before we bought it. We were returning customers after buying our travel system there and we were very happy we returned. Thank you very much for your help! Highly recommend this shop for expert and honest advice, plus ability to try out the prams/seats etc before you buy!
Brilliant local pram store. Extremely helpful staff members, they were attentive and nothing was too much to ask, we were able to try as many prams as we needed too and were ever able to try the pram in the boot of my wifes car. This was important to us because the boot of thr car was very small. It was great to get a good feel for all of the options. Highly recommend this store.
Suprised this shop is still going tbh, i bought a venicci gusto pram a few years ago! The pram broke and when i took it back turned out to be a chassis issue so they gave me a different one but when i contacted venicci (shop had Moved) with a folding issue with my front wheels being bent i was advised The shop were not stockists of venicci yet had a lage amount in stock! I was gutted because my pram was paid for in full and at The rrp by a shop that clearly were selling knock off products.
The owner of bump to baby she's amazing kind hearted really helpful and brilliant customer service. She also helped us pick out a I candy orange pram that I absolutely love .
Went to bump to baby shop wasn't sure what pram system to get. The manager Kelly was amazing and so lovely and patient with me. The advice she gave was Brillant and set me up with a pram system that suited my needs it fits in my car and it's absolutely stunning. I can't recommend this shop enough and I will never go anywhere else for my baby stuff.
