   Yuvaraj.a the manager was extremely rude to a customer. I noticed I’m never coming back to this store do your self a favor and stay away I was extremely disgusted of him !!!

   Absolutely disgraceful the way the manager yuvaraj a treated my wife. We use mattlam all the time, Purchase lots of merchandise in the store. When we got home, one of the jackets stitching was out and it was damaged. So my wife returned it to try to exchange it, and he was very disrespectful.. Insinuating.that She damaged the item. herself absolutely horrendous. We called head office and they say thire policy is to A refund or store credit because It was a manufactural fault.. As the item was brand new. I will be taking this matter further. Going to head office with a complaint about this manager in Staines, very disrespectful..

   Spent over £50, they didn't provide any bags for the clothing trying to get you to buy premium ones, and also tried to overcharge me on an item, and instead of apologizing when I noticed, they took it away without so much as a sorry, go to Primark a 1 minute walk away in the future 100% much nicer staff who know how to do their jobs and with a smile.

   Small outlet in the ‘Two Rivers’ centre. Few bargains to be had, if you look hard enough. Clean and tidy aisles which are organised, two floors.

   Well spaced out. Good quality clothing for a good price. However you'll be lucky to find staff. It seems since doing away with all the cashiers, the store now runs on minimum staff. You have to serve yourself, remove security tags, get your own bags, in fact everything (all for no pay!!! Lol) Got a question or problem, then you might have trouble locating help. No noticeable staff (have uniforms gone?), probably better of trying Primark!

   Coming from London and finding that the traditional Facal bar is getting better and better is always a very pleasant surprise. I have not only had breakfast, I have also had dinner and the quality of its products and preparations is unbeatable. Add that the staff is 5 stars! Worth a visit…

   What a disappointing shopping experience. The changing rooms were dirty with hangers and rubbish on the floor, there were all self check outs with only one woman helping, reducing jobs for people and zero customer service. These companies must realise this is not what people want and it’s not all about making money. I love Matalan clothes but in my opinion they have gone too far.
