   I had a very distressing experience at this store due to the conduct of the store manager. While shopping with my mother, I tried on an item in the fitting room and left my personal bag nearby. When I briefly stepped away to assist my mother, the store manager began loudly shouting across the shop floor asking whose bag it was. As soon as I realized she was referring to my bag, I approached her and calmly stated that it belonged to me. Despite this, she continued shouting at me in front of other customers, repeatedly questioning why I hadn’t come forward sooner and speaking in an aggressive, confrontational manner. The situation escalated unnecessarily, and instead of de-escalating, the manager continued raising her voice and ultimately told me to leave the store immediately. I had done nothing wrong and was treated in a humiliating and disrespectful way. After leaving, I was extremely shaken and distressed. What concerns me further is that after this incident, I noticed multiple Google reviews describing similar aggressive behavior by the same store manager, which suggests this is a recurring issue. This level of treatment is completely unacceptable. I hope the company takes these concerns seriously and addresses the behavior so other customers are not treated the same way.

   I wish could give a Review even without one star after having a worst experience of customer service in my life. We went for a basic shopping and while we were looking around the black lady from customer service started screaming on my two years old daughter and in return when we said this isn’t the right way to talk to a child, after she been so rude and yelling like a hell on us and on top pretending that am calling security and we said yes call someone but no one came and then we asked her name and they didn’t even tell. We told a security man outside about the incident and he sent us to the Management office right in the corner but they said they can’t do anything you can just leave a review on the website or just contact select store.We come for shopping not to get humiliated. My daughter is very Scared after the incident. I will never visit this store again and requesting all the ladies with kids not to visit this store ever. They need to fired this lady as she doesn’t know a single word of customer service and I feel like she’s mentally unstable the way she abused my child.

   Yesterday, I bought a pair of trousers, but the staff forgot to remove the security tag. Today, when I was about to wear them for an important meeting, I noticed the tag was still there. I went to the store to have it removed, but the lady at the counter was extremely rude. She didn’t listen to me at all and immediately said she hadn’t seen me yesterday, as if I was lying. She treated me as if I were a thief, which was very insulting. I told her they have a record of the purchase, so she could check. Even after I showed my bank receipt proving the payment was made at their showroom, her attitude didn’t change. This was not my mistake—it was the fault of their staff. Her behavior completely ruined my day. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this experience truly came from the heart.

   Store Manager was absolutely vile towards me. I asked for help and she refused to help me. She started to shouting at customers in front of us. When my child touched the jewellery she screamed at them to stop. She was talking to her staff I a manner fit for dogs. It is a wonder she is still employed and has any staff left. To make matters worse she overcharged me for Goods and told me there was nothing she could do about it. The store was dirty. I will never come back to this store or shop with select.

   Affordable & fashionable. When purchasing christmas gifts here they extended the reciet return policy for after christmas so if the clothes where the wrong size etc. I could brind them back and exchange them. Lovely and friendly staff!

   Do not bother shopping in there. Arrogant staff and ridiculous policies. They advertise their clothing as one price (supposed offer) then end up charging you full price. When I returned back to the store I was told ‘we don’t do refunds as we have changing rooms by law we don’t have to give a refund?!’ Yet I’m the customer who was tricked into paying full price when I believed the clothes were on offer. Ofcourse I didn’t think to check the receipt till I got home but they were the most useless people I ever came across. Might as-well shop in the stores that give better service and let you return your clothing if there are any issues!!!
