   I find most high street shops loud and stressful. Here I found wonderfully curated selection of clothes and accessories, flattering mirrors, and much more relaxing shopping experience. Do I want to browse on my own - no problem, do I need suggestions - the suggestions would be just right, and with no pressure whatsoever. Been twice already, and will be back again, definitely recommend

   If you’re ever in Richmond give this lovely gem a visit. So many brands to choose from and the staff are super knowledgable and cannot do more to help. If I have an occasion this is my first stop, I’ve tried dresses on at their recommendation that I wouldn’t have looked twice at on the hanger they really know their stuff.

   BUYER BEWARE!! Would give zero stars if i could. I had asked the lady upon purchase if the item I bought was returnable she said yes. The NEXT day when I went back to return said item the other lady told me it it was only exchangeable and I could only get store credit then lied and said she was there when the lady had explained this to me when I very clearly remembered her leaving before I purchased this item. Dishonest workers and horrible customer service. You’ll be hearing from my bank.
