   Unpleasant experience. I had some items to return so took it to the young man at the till, the shop was empty so I told him I also have an item to collect. He directed me to the collection stand to put the order in myself. Is what I’ve done and waited. Another customer come in put her order in, the man from the till went to the back to retrace the orders. Only hers she left. 3rd customer came in, put his number in, got his order collected so at this point I asked the same man (before he disappeared to the back) I told about my collection if I am going to wait long. He was confused. He said he don’t have any more ordered came through and said to put it into the computer again. The man walked pass me twice, served two other customers, seeing me still standing there didn’t bother asking me about the order and had the audacity to tell me to put the order in again, while he stood there with a code scanner in his hand, which by the way he could also use to scan my collection barcode when I asked him about my item for collection at the till. No willingness to help, zero customer service and zero common sense. Keep him at the back.

   Really slow service for collections, I’ve only had a collection twice here and both times it’s a ridiculously long time to wait despite it saying they will be with you within 3 minutes, it takes a customer to prompt someone that they’ve been waiting for a long time for a group of people to finally receive their parcels. Served after 15 minutes and they couldn’t even get my name right!

   Hi Came in yesterday evening to exchange my son's faulty shoe, the lady who served me was grt! But her colleague next to her gave me the nastiest look, basically my kid was with my husband and kid being kid he was crying cause he wanted mommy. The lady with headscarf i assume does not have a child of her own because that look made me so uncomfortable and i had to rush to exchange the shoe as quick as possible and just wanted to leave the store as soon as. Never have i, as a mother felt so uncomfortable! Kids cry and there is sometimes nothing we can do about it. Not sure how would i feel about returning to the store....

   A horrible customer service, a word of advice do not order for store collection. I ordered for 12 dresses on sale, all 12 dresses was delivered to this store. However, 6 got missing in the store, which was the 6 prettiest dresses, therefore, I believe the staff must have taken it because I saw all the guilt on their faces when I went to collect the items. The worst part is that next did not even tell me about the missing items, till I called them, the worst ever experience I had received from next in general. Please, please!!! Click and Collect is not worth it in that store.

   My one star is for the men’s wear across the board in all the next stores it just hasn’t moved on next are still selling the same stuff nothing really in fashion just boring the buyers for next need to up their game.

   On entering store was immediately followed around by security guard, perhaps he had two roles, security and personal shopper !! having chosen an item to purchase, could not find anyone to serve me on the tills, waited so long. Shame customer service not as attentive. Not a pleasurable experience.

   I saw a rat in the store and the managers look like they have no GCSE’s. Staff look tired and miserable but it’s understandable if you’re working in a clothing store like that. The store also STINKS of sewage and mouldy eggs after about 5PM or close to it’s closing time so if you are thinking of paying a visit around those times you’re better off plugging your nose or not going at all. Don’t bother ordering your parcel to this store as they have overworked children running back and forth to manage the whole department AND bring you your parcel. Go to shop somewhere else if you want better service.
