    The store sells defective products and the staff is so rude that they are not even sorry for keeping such products in the store. Then they started trying to offer discounts on defective stuff no one wants to buy. Terrible customer experience here

    While transitting through London Heathrow Terminal 3, I stopped at Ted Baker to look for clothes, but didn't find anything that fit me. I accidentally left my passport and boarding pass on a counter while trying the clothes on and only realized this as I got to the boarding gates prior to boarding. I started to rush back to the store, but one of the shop assistants had found my passport and boarding card, looked up my departure gate and rushed to the gate to find me and give them back. I am very grateful for the thoughtfulness and am a fan for life!

    While waiting for my flight I visited Ted Baker at Terminal 3, Heathrow Airport. A modest men’s section was available. I found a shirt on display that I liked but required a larger size. The staff was kind enough to search their stock area and quickly found me an appropriate size. Expediency with a smile - bravo! The store also has change rooms which was very helpful.
