What exceptional customer service! Andrea not only found the bag I was looking for in another terminal, he then got it delivered to T3 and then came to my gate personally, charmed the Delta airline team to hand deliver my bag before takeoff as I anxiously waited. And he text updates along the way as well as checked all was received and ok. Amazing service and a wonderful team at T3 (thanks to Roxy too). If you know what you want to purchase then do talk to Andrea and his team as they will find it for you⦠without the tax. So happy.

I searched for a GG Milano top-handle bag from the burgundy runway collection. Although I could not find the specific bag at that store, the client advisor was beneficial. The store featured several excellent collections, but they did not have any newly launched items. Overall, I was pleased with the level of service provided during my visit.

It was not my first time, but I was a little taken back by the fact I was asked for ID when I presented my boarding pass. I guess because my purchase didn't go through the first time, it made me look suspicious. I forgot to inform my bank that I was traveling abroad. But I love my Gucci belt.

Very bad customer service. I asked there about an item that may be available in Terminal 5 store. I was told to text them the next time I was flying from this terminal and they will try to transfer it. I texted them the next day, the sales assistant took 2 days to answer that she will check for the item but never texted me back to say either if it was available or not

Buying the purse was easy. Getting Gucci to send me the box for the purse that they forgot to provide has been impossible. How hard is it to respond to email requests to send a customer an item that Gucci forgot to provide at checkout?

Tries to get a fault rectified on a product which was sold faulty by this store after a purchase but vinny just palmed me off with a generic answer without looking in to it properly. I would say save you money and shop at other top brand like Chanel, you wonβt get poor level of aftercare from Chanel like I have from Gucci

I frequently fly out through Heathrow Terminal 3 & I always stop by the Gucci boutique for last minute gifts. While they unfortunately do not have any of the beautiful clothing to offer, they have a nice variety of accessories. I have not had a single bad experience here & the customer service is consistently outstanding. The associates are all kind, patient, and extremely professional.
