   I recently managed to shrink a beautiful Numph jumper that had been given as a gift. I loved the jumper and was delighted to find it on Fig Cashmere's website. I ordered my size and quickly received an email and refund stating that it was not available. I asked if they had the smaller size as it was a bit big anyway and fortunately they did. They kindly put it to one side to give me time to go back on the website to pay. It was then posted out very quickly and I am happy again :) The customer service was excellent and I would 100% recommend and buy from them again myself. Nothing was too much trouble and the quality of the jumper is fantastic. Thank you so much.

   We discovered this amazing shop in Richmond just before Christmas and I bought two of their gorgeous cashmere jumpers and a gorgeous throw. I love their ethical approach to fashion and their products are beautiful and have drawn many compliments from friends and family.    My first experience of Fig & Cashmere was as a passer-by in Wimbledon. Their products are eye-catching and clearly high quality. I am very impressed with the quality and variety of the items, real low-key elegance combined with a bit of sparkle and glam where required. The staff are wonderful, accommodating and pleasant to engage with. I bought a gorgeous cross-body bag with animal print strap and promptly returned to buy a pair of delightfully whimsical (yet somehow sturdy!) furry embellished slippers as a birthday gift for a friend who has everything. Even the finishing touch with a delicately- tasselled bag is beyond expectation. Such a lovely place with a really nice ethos on manufacturing and an ethical approach to garment-making. Thank you all, my new favourite "little shop".

   i LOVE this little shop in Richmond which is always filled with such beautiful merchandise. The cashmere scarves are so soft & warm to wear. I have also purchased the cashmere ponchos & jumpers which are timeless, elegant pieces in my wardrobe. The staff are polite, friendly & helpful.

   I first discovered Fig when I stumbled upon their shop in Kingston in Dec 2016. I always regretted not buying the beautiful cashmere wrap I had my eye on because it then sold out. I bought another in a different colour, which was (still is!) wonderful, but always wanted the other one! When in the store the assistant explained the company’s ethos and ethical approach, which impressed me and made me want to buy from them. I’ve now purchased no fewer than 4 items, a mixture of in store and online purchases, and have always been impressed with the range, quality, pricing and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend treating yourself to something from Fig - you won’t regret it!
