Went in Speke store with my son tonight, staff as always had a chat to him, my son has autism and learning difficulties and staff are always so kind to him. After seeing how much he loves seeing the receipt come out of machine the gentleman who was talking to Joe set the printer on empty till for Joe to print out blank receipts, Joe was absolutely delighted, it made his night. Many thanks to all the Speke store for always making Joes day Your kindness makes such a difference to a young man who struggles with social settings
Went to change a top to a smaller size which was bought for me for Xmas to be told you can't exchange it until Friday. What difference doe's it make wether I exchanged the size today or Friday. I wasn't getting any discount as it was a full priced top. It was just too big and there was only one left in the size I wanted. So now I am returning all items that was bought from Footasylum in Speke and will be buying elsewhere.
Not much choice in the trainer department compared to shops in town

Used to be well managed and had a good selection. Still got some lovely staff, but their prices and shoe availability is limited.
Helpful staff, lots of room inside, especially for my two year old to run around in his new shoes!
