   At Watford Hollister, Long queues and associates in the store were just chatting in the corner and upon asking to sort out the queue, one of supervisor or manager was rude to me rather than addressing the issue. Shame to have such kind of service in such a big brand

   Very bad services! Big queue , 5 people around the tills but only one open . the only girl from the till couldn't handle a return, she asked for help but a colleague didn't help her and had a very bad attitude, arrogant and bored . all the people were waiting hours to pay while the employees were standing , speaking . That was the last time when i went there.

   Very clean shop, easy to manoeuvre the wheelchair around. Perfect for pushchairs. Plenty of staff to help if needed. Sale rails scattered around the shop. Great range of clothes

   Writing this review after my couple of visits in the last two weeks. Very busy Watford store, young team managing the store. I'm sure the store manager who is very young is brilliant in handling her team. Juliet served us and what a fantastic experience she was fast enough and good handle on the tills and very customer focused. She is very kind enough to listen and support my daughter's ask and made me to thank and write this review. Will visit again...

   Admonished by a store manager young enough to be my daughter and rude enough not to have gone to charm school. Very underwhelming customer service .Truly their attitude is a constant reminder of the shameful affiliation they have with abercrombie and fitch of yesteryear ( highlighting prejudice against large women by not catering for them and their reluctance to hire customer facing staff from ethnic minorities )!!! Abercrombie and Fitch's past trangressions are alive and well in Hollister Co, Watford!!! I will never shop there again!

   I was impressed by a young man who greeted us as we walked in. He was very friendly and engaged in conversation. Loved the Pride display, especially the hoodie. Overall a nice store with lots to tempt you!
