“I had a pair of jeans altered and I couldn’t be happier. I needed help finding the right length and the chap couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. He pinned them up for me and made the options very clear. The shop was clean and tidy. I was charged a VERY reasonable price and had a lovely surprise when I was phoned the next day to say they were ready. The attention to detail is clear and you would not be able to tell they were taken up. I couldn’t be happier and would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you!”

Although I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who assisted us, his associate number (823855) was on my receipt, and he deserves recognition. He was incredibly attentive and went the extra mile to help us find the perfect shoe size. His polite and friendly demeanor made our shopping trip enjoyable. It's evident that the staff at Skechers take customer service seriously.
