   I visited Next in Hounslow last weekend to look for jeans and a few tops. The staff were polite and helpful when I asked about sizes — they checked stock fast. The layout felt roomy and organised, with a good range of men’s and women’s clothes, and a few kids’ bits. I found a couple of things I liked at reasonable price, especially with sale tags. My checkout was quick too. I came out happy, especially because I got what I needed without much hassle.

   I would like to share some positive feedback regarding the wonderful service I received at your store on 24th November, just after 5pm. I visited the store to purchase a winter jacket for my son. After we selected the jacket and went to pay, I realised at the checkout that I had misplaced my gift card. I spoke to a staff member named Dian and let her know that I would return once I found it. Because it was already late that evening, I wasn’t able to go back. The next day, I asked my husband to visit the store to buy the same jacket. He couldn’t find the size we needed and called me, so I suggested he check the tills in the middle of the store just in case it had been set aside. To our surprise, Dian had kindly held the jacket for us, even though we had not asked her to do so. This thoughtful gesture truly stood out. It showed genuine care and attention to customer needs, and it made the entire experience memorable for us. I want to express my sincere appreciation for Dian’s exceptional service. She is a real asset to your team, and her kindness reflects the high standard of customer care that NEXT is known for. Please pass on our thanks to her—she absolutely deserves recognition.

   Excellent Customer Service by, Atia. I had a wonderful experience with her at Hounslow on 12/11/25 at 6.20pm Next branch. The customer service was above and beyond to help me with my order. She was friendly, patient, and quick to respond to all my questions. It’s rare to find such genuine care and professionalism these days. I truly appreciate her effort and will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommend!

   I had an incredible experience at NEXT Hounslow (Treaty Shopping Centre) that I’ll never forget. On August 3rd, 2025, the manager and staff went above and beyond to help me find a fragrance I’d been searching for over 20 years. It had been discontinued, but the amazing team didn’t stop there — they personally called around other stores across the UK to track it down. Even as the store was closing, the manager stayed behind to assist me patiently until they successfully located it. They even secured five gift sets for me before the stock was sent back to head office. Their kindness meant so much — it turned my birthday week into something truly special. As someone with ADHD, I really appreciate the patience, effort, and understanding they showed throughout the process. Their dedication and empathy went far beyond what I expected. Thank you to everyone at NEXT Hounslow – you didn’t just help me find a scent, you made a memory that will stay with me for a lifetime.

   I am going to start off saying I only visited the mens section so this is not a full account off the store and the standards elsewhere So I went in looking for some new formal shirts and trousers maybe even a suit if one popped out at me and oh wow I have never wanted to save my money then I have today I walked in the store at 11.04 so the shop had been open for 4 minutes got to the suit and shirt department and it was just a utter state please see pictures formal packet shirts not in size order and a selection of 2 colours maybe 3 the trousers and shirts not in size order some just about hanging on to their hangers no standards what so ever on what you could class as a high price product in the shop I spent close to 6 years of my working life in a mens retails store and if these are the standards we left at the end of the day we would of been told to stay late and tidy them up. For what now is really 1 of the only mens stores on the high street it's a shame it has no respect to quality

   Picked up my online order from here . The process I think could be better or maybe they were short staff but one had to go to the same till you would pay for an item and join one que which had a mix of people paying and people coming to pick up thier online orders. There was only one lady at the till point, she was the same lady going to the back room to look for orders as well as serving customers. She was pleasant and did apologise for the wait, I actually waited 15min before I got my item ... there should be an actually collection point where maybe 2/3 staff are minding it to make things quicker .

   I am giving 1 star for their service. I went in around 6.30 PM on a saturday. Staff was walking through the isles doing their work. I selected 3 pieces for trying on. However, at 6. 43 PM, I was told by the gentleman on the first floor that I cannot try the items anymore as they are near the closing time. I totally understand shops need to close. They could have warned me while entering the shop or staff could gave told me to hurry up while they were folding shirts standing next to me. They are apparently 'open' till 7PM, but trial rooms (in male section) and the first floor till closes by 6.30. I have purchased a few items from the shop earlier. Loved their merchandise. However, would not want to visit again if they don't care about customers.

   All the reviews about customer service at this store being horrendous are accurate. They take forever to serve people. Also, there is a large black woman serving people who is particularly bad (sorry, I don't know her name that is the only reason I mentioned her race). She is very opinated, selfish and rude, in her behaviour, and shows very little regard for customers waiting in line. She even enjoyed trying to show her superiority over the other cashiers. Also, I witnessed her profiling another customer who looked like he was innocently browsing items, she told her colleague she suspected him of being a thief. He did nothing to warrant this accusation. All he did was walk in from the treaty centre entrance a few times. People do this when they are waiting for someone to pass time. Because that entrance is large. Its not because they are shoplifting. Very bad.

3. A “Beanbag” s ★☆☆☆☆

   Disappointed!! went to buy some bedding and wardrobe update. My experience was awful! shop looked like it is a closing down shop. Went to try something, fitting room had clothes left on the floor. You can't find your size because nothing is in the order. This is not hassle free shopping. It gave me anxiety looking around how can someone buy anything from this shop. Nothing was in order. I go to next thinking of a quick customer service and quality of clothing. Unfortunately, my experience was not so great. Walking in the shop like this, I would prefer walking in to Primark. Which I later went. At least, it was arranged. Brand like NEXT, should not be represented like this.

   Love to shop here, look out during sale, you will go crazy during sales. My best time here is during Boxing Day. I totally go wild and always end up buying 3-4 times than what I had been planning. Kids stuff is super cute!!! Lot of choices but the only thing is you can find many wearing the same stuff. During sale times I would recommend going to a bigger shop such as next at west field and Oxford as they give have tend to have super stuff than the smaller stores
