Extremely overpriced (even for an airport), their Allergies disclaimer process is arduous, and quite frankly off-putting, there has to be a simpler way, especially when people are already taxed by travel. If your allergies aren't over serious, id completely avoid mentioning. The food btw kinda basic but still managed a wee kick, I had the Raman very little broth for my taste but each to their own. Portion size was not big, so good when traveling but would be disappointed if it was a meal out unless you got something else with it starters/dessert Staff are lovely thou which quite friendly and helpful. The food came out very quickly too.

We always come to this bar. It's an immediate left-turn out of duty free and a five minute walk but it's worth it if you want 'stress-free'. It's calm and relaxing with plenty of room and away from the crowds. The service is always excellent and the seating is comfortable. I can recommend the Ultimate Breakfast sandwich!

Been good previously but this time the full breakfast was everything but. Mushrooms missing. Not enough butter to cover the two pieces of bread and it was liquid inside and the backed beans were less than half full in the small serving scoop. Looked like some one had a portion before me. You make your mind up about the bacon being undercooked. I like it that way myself. Poor value at £16.50. Made comments to the manager who was very pleasant and professional. Not put off though and will come again.

Good selection of food and drinks and this venue is much quieter than others in the terminal. Defo worth walking from the main gates to here for some peace and quiet. The menu is good, reasonable for the quality and service, and love the smarties served with the hot drinks.

The service from Jamal was amazing, he was great at giving recommendations & very attentive, always checking up on us during our visit. Food was lovely & didn’t take long to come out, forgot to take a picture was that hungry lol. Overall great experience will be back!!

elightful experience on Monday . Came up to Terminal 2 a few weeks ago, to avoid the carnage of the main airport. All Bar One was quite chilled. I felt so relaxed before my flight. Louise chatted to me about my holiday and recommended the truffled scrambled eggs which were delicious and a flat white. Thank you

Was going on holiday, I saw all bar one. It was really nice and all the things I ordered came in time. This young lady named Louise Fraser stood out. She was very helpful and kind towards me and my wife. Would recommend all bar one (t2)

A bit of a hidden gem at Birmingham Airport. This place is in South Terminal so after you've been searched in Central Search head through Duty Free then turn LEFT (follow signs for gates 1-20). Clean, quiet and very laid back. Not as crowded as main departure lounge. Get yourself a drink and something to eat here and you can either go to your short haul destinations from South or head back to the International Pier
