Great softplay, clean and reasonably priced. But would benefit from more seating and staff who are happy to serve people. Despite having no other customers the woman behind the till told us she was too busy to make a coffee... she then got her phone out for the next 20 minutes.
Absolutely disgusting and rude staff. Walked in with my 3 year old twins and they shouted straight away we are at full capacity when there was about 6-7 children who left right past us. When I mentioned this they stated we have to get everything in order before more people can come in. Don't have a business open if you cant accommodate paying customers. Wont be going again. All I could smell outside was cannabis aswel!!
Kids loved it so much they could do together. Nice, bright and clean environment. Reasonable price for a hour and half. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not got a complaint
Great indoor soft play area for little ones! Under 2 years old get 1 hour free play time. Highly recommend.
I brought my children and grandchildren to play paid for 1 hour I returned to pay for second hour due to my Grandaughter getting friction burn off slide and one of my grandchildren getting there late I was told NO it wasn’t buisy I was told even if I had a meal and break from play I couldn’t return I’m so angry in way we were treated I will never go there again and will cancel any future parties I was due to have there and I will tell as many people as I can about my experience and hope they don’t use it either such bad practice
We went today with my two kids first young girl said we have finishing 10 min after you can enter so we come after 10 min another lady come she wasn't nice at all she said ''we are now we have no staff they are sick so we are closing'' but same time people inside n taking more in l didn't say nothing so they were double standard to us l.dont recommend anyone unprofessional people working n they are not nice at all MY KIDS WAS UPSET THAT IS MAIN THINK ONE PERSON SAY DIFFERENT OTHER COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SO TOTALLY ZERO ☹️
Don’t know why their is so many bad reviews the staff are so down to earth they clean as customers leave and they even do free 1 hour plays for the children, would highly recommend xx
Been here several occasions, not always very clean and staff manners are really terrible, the food is also terrible but for £3 for the hour usually OK, 4 out of 5 visits you can't get in as closed for a party!! Would phone and check first as 3 excited young children being refused entry due to a party is hard to explain upon arrival a scruffy note left on the door telling you you can't go in due to a party isn't great they really should be able to cater to both
Fuzzy eds is a fantastic play area for kids from 0 to 12. It has one big play area one side and small on other side. Lots of seats. Food and drink is nice and some kids entertainment thst kids can play on. In the next building there a pub where you can order food and drink. Would reccomend anyone to go with young children as its fun and entertaining. Will defo be coming bk with my kids
