All the staff are so friendly and welcoming! They helped with lots of patience and we managed to buy around 8 lehengas and lots of jewellery etc! Very good collection as well!

For anyone who wants to shop in a place where they care about the customers and don’t treat you differently after they have secured a sale - DO NOT VISIT THIS SHOP!!! I have never been spoken to like this in a shop before. My mum bought an item here and we changed our mind within seconds. I walked straight back to the counter with the unopened product, which the manager agreed and acknowledged as well but the manager refused a refund and immediately shut down the conversation, saying they “don’t even have a refund process.” The situation became shocking when I tried to explain that my mum didn’t understand the refund sign because she doesn’t speak English. Instead of helping or showing basic respect, the manager told us that if you don’t know the language, “you shouldn’t be in the country.” Hearing that directed at my mum in 2025, in a public shop, was genuinely humiliating and horrifying. Especially considering that many customers who shop there, and even some staff, do not speak fluent English themselves. I would have expected a more understanding nature from the managers. When we asked to speak to the owner, we were told no and that there was “no point.” Absolutely no attempt to resolve the issue or show any empathy — just disrespect and dismissal. I understand refund policies, but nothing justifies speaking to customers like this. What happened felt discriminatory, degrading, and completely unprofessional. I left feeling shaken and deeply disappointed that this is considered acceptable customer service here.

I visited for my engagement shopping, and honestly, they delivered exactly what I needed. They showed me a solid range of outfits and jewellery for both me and my fiancé not just random pieces, but well-matched options that actually made sense together. The variety was impressive, the designs were fresh, and they didn’t rush me at any point. Overall, a smooth experience and definitely worth recommending if you want good quality and real choice.

Today I had the exact same terrible experience at this shop. The old man, who appears to be the manager/owner, was extremely rude and completely unprofessional. He began throwing unnecessary and insulting words at me for no valid reason. I remained respectful, yet he continued to be aggressive and disrespectful. There was absolutely no need for his behavior. I was simply trying to shop in peace, and instead I was made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This kind of treatment towards customers is unacceptable, especially from someone in a position of authority. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone. The customer service is poor and extremely disrespectful.

I would give 0 stars if possible but I have no choice but to give one. I had the worst experience of my life. Today I went to this shop and I picked out 10 saris I liked then when I went to checkout and the rude old man who is the manager told us to not come back here again until after the 10th of November so when the sale ends. He kept shouting saying I don’t care when we told him how rude he was being and he told us to leave for no reason. Everyone was staring at this crazy man even the employees were astonished so I would recommend never going here as the customer service of the owner is the worst you could ever possibly see.

From my first time buying traditional Indian clothes in London in 2012 until today I have been very impressed with the collection in the store. Definitely recommend this place

ATROCIOUS customer service, the girls just stand there looking at you if you don't point out which outfit you want to look at, they don't take the initiative to help and find you what you are looking for. They also keep pointing out that "size is too small" even if you want to look at something. I WOULDN'T WASTE YOUR TIME SHOPPING HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE INSULTED!! Wouldn't even give them 1 star!! DEFINITLEY NOT GOING BACK!!

Don't waste your time or money shopping here. Not only do you have to wait 20mins for someone to assist you, they aren't even helpful. You have to point at random outfits and they open it and stare else where. Half of them aren't even busy but say they are with a customer although there is no one there. Apart from that the prices are ridiculous simple outfits are £40 when a heavier piece is the same price few stores down.
