Food was incredible, Christmas Day service was absolutely amazing. Emily and Jack who seated us were incredible and so happy to be working on Christmas Day. The most delicious turkey I’ve had ever!!!!

Amanda was a lovely warm and friendly and attentive to our needs. Food was well presented but not always piping hot, and we had a long wait for our puddings and some drinks were missed. But apart from this and on the whole it was a pleasant experience. Thanks Amanda for your smiles!!

Me, my partner and our daughter visited The Bulls Head for a Sunday roast recently, Firstly our waitress, Amanda, was absolutely fantastic with us. She ensured that we were seated in a comfortable location, that we had everything that we needed and made time to make our daughter smile. She really made this a 5 star experience. The food and atmosphere were also brilliant. I’ll definitely be using this pub as my regular go to from now on. Thanks Amanda and the team!

We always come to the Bulls Head when we’re celebrating as you can always guarantee a friendly welcome, excellent food and amazing service. Love it when Amanda serves us - she’s so friendly and always remembers us and she’s very attentive. Would recommend the Bulls Head to anyone - my favourite place to eat!

At first glance, the menu looks expensive compared with some - but the quality of our meals and the generous portion size made it excellent value. Vegetables done to perfection, and everything tasted wonderful. The main courses were enough - we may have to go back hungrier to try starters and sweets! WE ate in the late afternoon, more or less between lunch and dinner rushes, and the room was quiet: the staff were attentive, though. All topped off with a real log fire - delightful on a cold, damp day.

Had a big family birthday here on a Sunday evening, and even though the Sunday menu is more limited, there's still enough choice. I had the pate starters and halloumi skewers for mains. All very nice. Pleasant and attentive young staff too

I went there with my 92 mother for Saturday (08/10) lunch. The manager Chris was very good at his job and although we had not booked (and it was much busier than we expected it to be) he was highly accommodating and let’s us stay in the table we chose (that was big enough for my mother’s walking frame - I thought that showed great customer care). My mother had the soup special (potato & brocoli) and the pie special (chicken & veg). My mother said is was the best lunch she had ever had. High praise indeed. We left with feeling very warm about the place. Thanks everyone for making lunch so special. All we need now is a zebra crossing from her care home to a Roos the road so she (Audrey) can come more often!

Had quite a long wait for service ( I think they need more staff). We were served by Billie who was kind and attentive. The menu has a range of items that are eclectic. The food was all of excellent standard.

We've been coming here over the last few months and we love it. Food is always amazing and Chris and the team will always go the extra mile for you. I love the raspberry soda, just gutted the Eton mess has gone. But 1000% recommend.
