Great beer lovely pork and stuffing bap just a shame the roast potatoes let it down. Staff were all super efficient and welcoming. Defiantly recommend this place for real ale and atmosphere.

I’ve always regarded this pub as being my local ever since I was a child. Now that I’ve recently turned 18 I had to try the real ales on offer here. I only had the two but I can tell that they are very well kept and they tasted wonderful. The staff are great here as well.

Lovely staff. Great range of well-kept real ales and I'd recommend it for this reason alone. Atmosphere ok, and allowed you to natter. Expected it to be more busy on a Saturday night. We didn't eat here, so unable to comment on food.

What a delightful, traditional, comfortable & friendly pub with a fantastic array of hand-pulled real ales, lagers & perry's. Cheese & onion / ham baps & a log fire made my first lunchtime visit an experience to savour. A highly recommended, traditional real ale destination, I will certainly be calling in again very soon.

Another success for the Black Country Brewery and their dedicated staff in my book. Comfortable and friendly pub with a generous range of handpulled beers and a couple of ciders. I recommend a visit. Good luck to the hosts in these difficult times.

What a pub! So much choice, Victorian deco keeping in theme with the gorgeous feature fireplaces. What a little gem x

A clean and spacious pub with an interesting history. I had a chat with the relief manager about the ales and settled for a very good Salopian. Whilst there some glasses clinked together. Apparently, this often happens a.f is due to the pub being haunted. The glasses clinked together whilst the relief manager was talking about the history of the pub. Soon afterwards the main door opened and slammed! I will return and sample a couple of the cobs and other pubs in the vicinity.
