   Two of the staff were rude to me today. I overheard one of them saying to the other girl “I’m leaving, good luck with her” after I asked her some questions. The store was empty. I’d never been in a sweaty Betty store before so wasn’t familiar with the products and had questions re different tank tops. Will stick to Lulu lemon in the future

   The girls that work at this store need a huge pat on the back and are a perfect example of what customer service should be. I will always go to this shop over any other sport shop or sweaty Betty and I hope they get the recognition they deserve, hence why I write this review. Thank you to all the girls at Richmond for making me feel like I am also part of their team... Thus making me spend more! Very clever but I fall for it every time because they genuinely care and love what they do, good to see.
