I was trying on a some items when an an employee walked past and casually commented on the outfit which then made me buy it as I was on edge about the jacket. He was very friendly and helped me find some other items even though he was busy and the store was closing soon. Props to that guy for being so nice and the rest of the store workers :)
I went in on Black Friday and although it was busy, that staff were extremely helpful, helping us find the right items and bringing them to our changing rooms, I had a good experience
Had a wonderful experience in the store today, Andy was super friendly and helped us find everything we wanted super efficiently even with a busy sale going on! Will definitely be back soon
I wanna thank the workers for their kindness helping me find my size and showing me around which section is which and the patience is appreciated so thank you Dani, Luke and Ade for your help im usually nervous around crowds especially on my own unless I had a friend or family with me so its really nice having a small chat to go about the shop with a little confidence!
I just want to share my appreciation for the amazing staff at the store in Kingston. I went shopping today and was helped by a very polite and kind young man at the till. He was friendly and professional, which made my visit really pleasant. About an hour after leaving, I realized I had forgotten my handbag at the store. I was so worried, especially because it had cash and all my important things inside. I rushed back and was relieved to find that the staff had safely kept it behind . When I asked about it, they returned it to me kindly and without hesitation. Thank you so much to everyone who works there , your honesty and kindness mean a lot. It’s not every day you come across such genuine people. Keep up the great work!
Very disappointed even after asking about the House rewards offer whilst paying at till this was not applied we have now be overcharged by £11!! This makes me wonder if the staff are fiddling receipts and keeping the extra cash?! Not difficult to apply the extra 20%! Please sort out this dodgy dealing Hollister!!
A little confusing to see which items were on offer or applied to house membership. Assistants were helpful. Layout confusing as it's unclear where certain items e.g. jumpers may be located however the store seemed a lot smaller inside than it appears from the entrance. Stock seems quite limited but I didn't want to choose online as its hard to see the exact length and fit from looking at tall skinny models.
Very nice store to go with the men and women's clothing opposite each other. It's located within the shopping centre on the 1st floor. At the front of the store they have the newest stock in the front and with the older/ reduced good towards the back of the store
Love the store and the brand of course..I’m huge fan of their jeans. I could literally sleep with their jeans. Very limited jackets but the jeans, tops, jumper, sweat shirts, tees are super cool! Look out for seasonal sale in case you are buying that’s in your wish list, they come with a very good discount
Always in love with this brand and feel comfortable to wear!!! Most of my swear wears, which I hold, will be of this one!!! And at the moment they have a very good offer where you can go for more shopping!!!
