I order my usual breakfast and drink with 2 ice cubes. The staff member doesn't listen, staff member gets order wrong, staff member blames you and has attitude. When I request to speak with manager, staff member says she is manager. I ask for real manager, staff member gets real manager, but not after making up a story about threatening behaviour (over ice cubes). Attitude sucked from staff and real manager, who expressed lack of customer care. Very embarrassing, it's not the first time that this has happened. More fallouts with staff and customers more often. She should be ashamed of herself. Attitudes spoilt over a few ice cubes. I won't be drinking there again, basic accountabiltt in customer service matters. Customer experiences matter. Staff should not deceive their customers or colleagues. I won't be drinking their again. I've seen this type of unnecessary thing happen there a few times before

We've been there for a meal early afternoon great atmosphere, however we've also been to eat a little later in the evening and unfortunately sensed an atmosphere that made us feel uneasy quite a rowdy element at the bar who persisted to makeep comments towards people passing them. Sensed trouble so left before finishing our meal. .

The only cask ale selling pub in this neighbourhood. So complacent they pour my Pale Ale in to a Guinness glass.

Don't know how they do it - a simple Jalfrezi curry with a decent pint for £7.75. Tasted great and was good value for money.
