I come to the Beggars Bush with a group of friends for a private event every month. The food is always excellent, great portions, great quality, hot and fresh. Korean chicken burger is always spot on! The staff are always friendly and accommodating to anything we need. The pub has a really fun busy atmosphere, great to see so many families here. There is ALWAYS something on for kids and families. Really great pub for the community.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Rhianne clearly runs the team with professionalism and warmth, and it shows in how smoothly everything operates. Food was tasty, drinks were well poured, and the atmosphere felt safe and friendly.

Just a visit for a couple of beers with my father in law at lunch time. Always greeted warmly. Good selection of beers. Visit regularly when visiting in laws in Sutton Coldfield. Not too busy but good atmosphere. There was Liverpool/Everton match which was screened. Did not food, but my in laws go regularly for fish and chips. Highly recommended. Will visit again when we go to visit the in laws.

We went here on Friday 17/01/25 , packed with blokes , ordered food. photo shows Halloumi starter , hard and only barely warm.I even asked girl that brought them to table if it was correct - terrible. We ordered two curries and one all day breakfast.Curries arrived , mine was not even warm my wifes same , all day breakfast same. I went to bar to complain , young man came over i asked for refund.manager i think then came over , didnt give his name bloke with baseball cap turned around. He said food was probed no idea what that means , i said it was cold and if i didnt get a refund i would complain to Greene King. I didnt raise my voice. He then got angry and said i was threatening him and walked off. Food was collected and we got a cash part refund. We left by side door due to atmoshere in the pub. secondly my sister in law went to disabled toilet which was occupied by a man who started swearing at her. Toilet was filthy with no toilet paper. When money is tight this is last thing pubs should be doingto customers. We left and went to Tyburn Pub and had great food and staff were excellent If you want a pint with the lads ok but otherwise avoid this place.

BEWARE! Went for a quick dinner with my family only to be surved what is arguably not food and given unwashed glasses. Thankfully the staff replaced our glasses but appauling that it occured. The tables were not cleaned forcing us to have to clean our own table so that we could even sit down. All the menus around us where covered thoroughly in dirt. My sandwich came out 99% bread (see the photo) and everyone else's food was undesirable at best. I'd really recommend driving down to somewhere somewhat respectable such as the the one up the road. In response to their comment (see photos) While I understand and can sympathise with being busy do you really feel as though it's my job as a customer to ask your members of staff to clean tables? That mess was there for excess of 20 minutes with no signs of it being cleaned up, hence my comment. As for the sandwich the complaint isnt around the fill, rather the sheer unquantifiable amount of bread you lobbed onto my plate. I couldn't manage more than a singular bite as there was so much bread that the fill was inaccessible. While I understand that the gammon and chips was up to standard, I would like to point out that it was one of three meals shown and a 1/3 customer satisfaction rate isn't really something to gloat over. The curry was appauling and inedible, it looked off and disgusting: personally i would have never handed it out. As for my comment about up the road I would say either directions, I'd rather go anywhere else.

Went for a quiet pint and no such thing in this crèche, kids playing pool and screaming there heads off. Place is like kinder garden for the 6 weeks holliday. Shame as new to area and looks a decent pub. Wanted some food but ended up going to Wetherspoons in disgust

For a green King pub i don't expect 5* food or service but wow ..... stopped in for food whilst travelling and wished we hadn't bothered. Waited ages for the food despite pub being empty, food wasn't to bad but few things were overcooked. Staff not the most welcoming. The all round atmosphere was a bit dingy and depressing
