I am in my 5th year working for Sheldon Inns and I must say that all the support from the office, area manager and Martin is exceptional. Throughout lockdowns I was generously looked after and supported. I would highly recommend Sheldon Inns to anyone looking for a career in the Pub Industry
Very supportive and understanding business to work for. They give you free reign to run a business whilst always being there to support and advise when needed. From the office team to the area managers to the owner, they all make sure you have what you need to create a great business and provide a high standard of service as they have the knowledge first hand of working in this industry.
Being fairly new to the Managing side of the business I felt a little out of my depth to start but with the support that I’ve received from Sheldon Inns I feel very confident in my role. I have had the pleasure of working with Sheldon Inns for 2 years now, managing one of their rural pubs. Notice that the 2 5 star reviews are from admin of the company. Havent got a clue what they're doing lure you in by telling you pub takes ALOT more than it actually does. Percentage is a joke as is the stocktakes. Worst thing we ever did was leave marstons to go to these
The only positive about working with this business was that I moved to Cotswolds.
