Stay clear from here. Management does not know how to handle rats in the kitchen. Running around and screaming whilst drawing unwanted attention. Stay away from this place it’s full of rodents.

The ‘dodgy villa pub’ we call it affectionately. It’s small, a bit grotty, toilets are disgusting, there’s very few seats and I’ve never tried a pint out of the pipes in the 20+ years that we’ve been going here for a pre-game sup. But that’s not the real story about this place though… it’s friendly, cheap, there’s an open fire (they’ll burn anything combustible on it) the ladies who work here are great (as a 50 year old bloke from north wales I’ll never tire of being called ‘bab’). Our departed old man used to love coming here for a pre-game Jameson’s. This place is very special for our family

The place is a dump. Great pint of Guinness. Great place for parking for the match with in walking distance to the ground. Definitely will use it again for pre and post match drinks

This place is disgusting. Dirty. Everyone was smoking. The barmaid was clearly not happy that we had disturbed her cigarette and was very rude. The Guinness didn't taste good and I was ill that day (although I don't know if it was the Guinness but I'd guess it was)

Proper old school pub, cheap Carling. Not a snobby Guardian reader in sight.

The most down to earth pub ever. You get an experience that money can’t buy from the atmosphere within the pub. In the winter months there is a beautiful open fire, summer months there are a few benches outside with umbrellas if required. We travel a 300 mile round trip each week to visit the pub which has childhood friends which are more like family. It is not a luxury pub but a no frills down to earth place great clientele and super licensee, ,manager and bar staff. We totally love the place, people and atmosphere. One that can’t be replaced or recreated.

The mannor is the best pub in Aston, when I say best possibly the only pub that is still open, if you fancy a place that accommodates anyone (including zombies) & you don't mind people having a good time, definitely the go to pub. Would recommend going once, just for thr Craic, won't be going back

Just 1 more dirty watering hole, little choice of beers and no food, close proximity to warehouses so can expect builders crowd. 5 stars for being special unique snowflake on ur pub tour
