   Really poor and overall just an odd experience. No greeting from any staff and they didn't seem in any hurry to serve us even though it was very quiet and there were three members of staff around. The food was okay except the cake which was stodgy and burnt on the outside. Such a shame because the idea of unicorn afternoon tea has so much potential but the complete lack of enthusiasm and charisma of the staff really let the place down.

   What a wonderful little restaurant! Loved every minute. The (Disney-dreaming) owner and her staff were very caring and attentive, and we were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We booked the traditional afternoon tea (pic attached) - The sandwiches were cut into Disney themed shapes. How cute! Will definitely go again.

   Groupon Deal - Unicorn Afternoon Tea The staff where friendly. The owner was very kind to accommodate my needs. Changed the sandwich type and changed the milkshake flavour which usually on a set menu you do not get a choice to do this. The unicorn cake was very tasty and i really enjoyed the milkshake. Very quirky little place worth a visit especially if you have kids.

   Groupon traditional afternoon tea on Saturday 9th June. Had a lovely time bubbly staff lovely sandwiches - how cute are the shapes tea cups and tea pots! Followed by scone and jam and then a huge wedge of Victoria sponge it was all really lovely and a good experience. And if that wasn't enough one of the customers was Mel B's sister!

   I read some mixed reviews but really wanted to try somewhere new for a milkshake. Initially went in and all seemed to be good, it was quiet so was able to sit down and waited to order. The staff didn't seem in a rush to take my order so eventually called the lady (possibly the owner) over, she seemed to be put out by this and was fairly abrupt. I managed to order my shake, it took an age to arrive despite there being next to no one in the place. When it arrived it was tasteless and watery. I drank less than half, settled up and swiftly left. Such a shame as I love a milkshake but Shake it Up didn't seem to want to serve me and when they finally did they failed to deliver :(

   We went in after trying to call to book but not having any success getting hold of them. They said they were rushed off their feet, however it wasnt very busy, but they managed to get us a table (of the many available, although most were full of leftovers and mess). The staff were really rude, abrupt and unhelpful. There appears to be a real attitude problem here. The food was barely edible and lots remained uneaten. I wouldn't recommend it nor would I ever return. Really disappointing as could have been a local gem, but instead is a local mess.

   Shocking. Went in for traditional afternoon tea which was booked a month in advance. When we arrived we had no table and staff said there was no booking for us but clearly it said on my voucher the date as i had wrote it down. There was no apologys from staff and said we couldnt change the date now or if we did couldnt guarantee we could redeem the voucher. Said that we could wait and they would fit us in. After 1 hour and 10 minutes no contact from staff not even a cup of tea while we waited. We were completely ignored. On hearing others around us had problems with their bookings. Really upsetting as was booked for a birthday and was having a mum and daughter day. Will not be returning again unfortunately due to ignorance of staff.
