   Fantastic experience getting my daughter's first school shoes today. She has long narrow feet, in between sizes and is a generally nervous child. We've had mixed experiences in the past, but this time the lady that did the measurements was lovely, she made my daughter feel at ease and talked everything through with her, as well as myself. Thankyou so very much.

   Very rude when I was returning an item bought in another store. And I was leaving heard the staff say ‘we need to call them about this’ Not sure why returning an item from another store is an issue or why I was asked what store it was bought in to begin with. That’s completely irrelevant, as it was a Clark’s store and product, if she had looked at the receipt.

   Terrible experience. Came in to buy some school shoes, all 3 staff members busy and no-one acknowledged us or mentioned about needing a ticket so I didn't have one. Another 2 people walked in after me and got tickets. I realised this and told the attendant, she said I'd have to now wait even longer as didn't have a 'ticket', she was extremely rude to me. I'd go to Chester now where staff are much more pleasant.

   I have been visiting this shop since my youngest decided to haul himself off the floor and walk. Both my children joined the excellent loyalty scheme which has entitled me to 5% discount on 4 pairs of shoes and a whopping 50% (yes, that was 50%) on the fifth pair. I have been impressed by the friendly and professional service and the range of stock available.
